What I particularly like about landscape photography is that it makes you go out and explore places that have the potential for a beautiful image. Essentially nature prepares everything for you - the subject, the lighting, the background - it's all out there. The only thing left for you as a photographer to do, is to connect the dots, get your settings right, and take that image that represents all the natural beauty that's out there.
